Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and recordkeeping within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks accounting software, maintain confidentiality, and possess excellent organizational skills. This role will involve performing key accounting tasks, assisting with administrative duties, and overseeing office clerk responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

QuickBooks Accounting: Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting processes, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.

Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue invoices, process A/R entries, and monitor outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Sales Tax Data Entry: Record and manage sales tax data for compliance and reporting purposes.

Notes Payable Management: Track and manage notes payable, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.

Rental Invoicing: Prepare rental invoices and oversee payment tracking.

Collections: Follow up with clients or customers on overdue accounts to maintain positive cash flow.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks to support management and other departments.

Supervise Office Clerk Duties: Oversee and manage office clerk responsibilities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
