I’m Misty McCraw, an HR professional with a passion for helping businesses build strong, effective people strategies. With a Bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and over 15 years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes across a wide range of industries. I hold both SHRM-CP and PHR certifications and specialize in developing practical, custom HR solutions that make a real impact.

As the owner of PeoplePro HR Solutions, I work directly with businesses to provide HR services, employee training and development, and strategic recruiting support. I also host The PeoplePro Podcast, where I share insights and conversations designed to help leaders and HR professionals navigate the modern workplace.

I’m proud to serve as President of SHRM Golden Triangle, founder of Golden Triangle Business Women, and a board member of the Columbus Lowndes Chamber of Commerce. In 2024, I was honored to be named one of the Mississippi Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40—a recognition that reflects my commitment to both professional excellence and community impact.
